CM at Risk and Design/Build Construction Procurement Procedures For Virginia Have Been Updated

 

New procurement procedures for CM at Risk and Design/Build construction projects went into effect on March 28, 2012.  State agencies operating under the Construction and Professional Services Manual are required to follow these new procurement procedures.  State agencies with delegated construction procurement authority and local governments shall adopt procedures consistent with the updates.
