OPS Welcomes New Chief Procurement Officer

Nicole Hicks has been selected as the new Chief Procurement Officer for the Department of General Services’ Office of Procurement Services (OPS).
Nicole has served in an acting capacity for the past several months, providing steady leadership and strong engagement across the agency. As she steps into the permanent role, Nicole will continue advancing our procurement goals and strengthening partnerships across DGS.
We look forward to her leadership as DGS continues building a procurement program that is responsive, innovative, and service‑oriented.
