Test Description

Samples are analyzed by cold vapor atomic absorption.

Sample Collection

Water samples are collected in 250 mL plastic containers with nitric acid preservative. Sample Support Services (S3) Kit Management supplies collection kits with collection instructions to sample collectors. Non-potable water samples may be collected in plastic or glass containers ranging in size from 250 mL to 1L.

Storage Guidelines

Store samples at room temperature.
