Attention DCLS Customers,
Effective March 1, 2018, Accurate Courier Express (ACE) is launching a new website for tracking packages that are shipped to DCLS. The new website includes updates that will change how shipments are entered into their tracking software. ACE drivers have begun delivering a set of instructions to each courier site which provides the link to the new website and details how to enter packages for tracking. (See these instructions attached.) The current username and password assigned to each site will not change. As always, we encourage you to use the ACE website for tracking all samples/packages being released for shipment to DCLS. If you experience issues please continue to place your packages in the designated pick-up area for your site.
