AGENCY ACCESS COORDINATORS / AAC FORMS
BITS AAC Responsibilities
- BITS Agency Access Coordinators (AACs) are individuals designated by their agencies' facilities or executive management to approve and submit BITS User Access Request forms.
- AACs approve the permission levels (i.e., view, create/edit, or approve/submit) for their agency's BITS users to process the various types of Capital Outlay and Building Official forms.
- AACs approve access for new users and advise DEB when BITS user accounts should be disabled (i.e., due to retirements, terminations, changes in duties, etc.) or when users' forms processing permissions should be changed.
