About DEB Notices
DEB Notices are various alerts, notifications, policies, guidelines and directives that are related to the State Building Official function and the capital outlay process.
Certain DEB Notices serve as interim updates to the requirements of the Construction and Professional Services Manual (CPSM) between Manual revisions.
Applicable DEB Notices which predate a CPSM Edition/Revision are incorporated within the Edition/Revision.
