Facility Facts: The 13-story office building was constructed in 1910 and formerly the Hotel Richmond. The Ninth Street Office Building was completely renovated, reopening in 2016. The Office of the Attorney General resides in the building.

Facility Facts: Formerly designated simply as the Old State Library or the Virginia State Library and Archives and Virginia Supreme Court, it was renovated then rededicated and renamed for the founding father and former Virginia Governor Patrick Henry on June 13, 2005.

Facility Facts: Morson Row consists of three beautiful, early town-house structures at 219, 221 and 223 Governor Street. They sit at the end of Capitol Square across Governor Street from the Mansion. These buildings were constructed in 1848.

Facility Facts: The Washington Building was constructed in 1924 and is located in the southeast corner of Capitol Square. There are also entrances at 1100 Bank Street including a handicap entrance. This building, after renovation, was reopened in March of 2009.

Facility Facts: The General Assembly of Virginia first authorized the memorial in 1950. Construction was completed in 1955, and the memorial was dedicated February 29, 1956. The Virginia War Memorial is heralded by many as the premier state memorial to honor its veterans in the United States. Virginia's War Memorial honors our fallen heroes by passing their stories of sacrifice forward to future generations.

Facility Facts: DCLS was formed in 1972 when laboratories from several Virginia agencies were combined to provide more efficient and cost-effective testing. DCLS provides analytical testing services for agencies of the Commonwealth of Virginia, local government, federal agencies and other states as well as a wide variety of other samples. DCLS performs over 7 million tests a year to help ensure safety and health for Virginia's citizens and environment.
