Maintenance, Moving, and Renovation Requests

The Division of Capitol Square Services (DCSS) provides routine maintenance in DGS-maintained facilities through its 1stService program, where tenants submit requests online and view the status of submitted requests. Routine requests include items like a light that needs changed, pictures hung, or housekeeping services.

If you need to report a building issue that requires immediate attention, such as a broken elevator or power outage, please contact the DCSS Service Desk at (804) 786-3578 or by email.

1st Service Maintenance Requests

For any request that is related to a building maintenance issue, small repairs, or simple tasks that need completed such as hanging a picture or modifying a shelving unit.
