RESERVE A CONFERENCE ROOM
DGS manages several conference rooms around Capitol Square that can be reserved by state agencies and building tenants.
- Reservations are made on a first-come basis.
- There is no advanced registration limit for tenant agencies.
- Reservations by non-tenant agencies may be made no more than 45 days in advance.
- All room reservations must have a sponsoring agency who will be responsible for visitor sign in and logistics.
- Use links below to check room availability and submit an online request.
- For large meetings please complete a visitor log and deliver to your security desk prior to the meeting to expedite the check in process. The visitor log template can be found in the Forms and Documents Center.
- Building hours are 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Requests outside of normal business hours may need approval by DCSS.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be processed.
