HOW TO ENROLL

The Office of Fleet Management Services offers two contracted suppliers of bulk fuel. See below for information on how to enroll in the program.

Mansfield Oil Company Bulk Fuel

Areas served: Bristol, Lynchburg, Salem and Hampton Roads

Delivery: Fuel will be delivered during normal business hours. Deliveries will be made by transport or tank wagon (small deliveries) as required. Orders for next-day delivery must occur before 2 p.m. for transport deliveries. Tank wagon deliveries may take up to 48 hours for delivery, excluding Saturday and Sunday.

Invoice: Invoices will be emailed within one-to-three days after delivery and also available through your FuelNet login. Please check with customer service if you do not have one. Terms are Net 30 days. Payments are made via check or EFT. Please speak with Customer Service on your method of payment remit to instructions.
