Effective May 15, 2018, will replace our current vendor,  State agencies will continue to sell underutilized items online and these items will be available for purchase by government entities and the general public. 

We are working to ensure this will be a seamless transition for all Commonwealth of Virginia agencies and the process in which you post and list your items will remain the same.

Here are the steps on how to post your surplus property:

  1. Take pictures of each item or lot of items you want to sell.
  2. Complete a Surplus Property Report providing a brief description of your property, the location, the agency’s contact name and phone number and other pertinent information.
  3. Email the Surplus Property Report along with your pictures to the following email address -
  4. You will receive an email notifying you that your property has been has been posted online.
