For Government Entities

Move idle assets off your books and back into service, all while earning revenue for your agency. Partner with the Office of Surplus Property Management (OSPM) to post items on GovDeals in three quick steps.

1. Photograph each item or lot.
2. Complete a Surplus Property Report (describe the item, location, and an agency contact).
3. Email the report and photos to statesurplus@dgs.virginia.gov.

OSPM will list the property, oversee the auction, and email you a confirmation once the listing is live.
