Capitol Square Visitor Parking

Location: 801 E. Franklin Street Richmond VA, 23219

Entrance: Enter from northbound 9th Street.

Exit : All traffic must exit southbound onto 8th Street

Rate: $5 per hour, $20 Daily - Credit, MasterCard and VISA ONLY. Lost tickets will be charged the daily rate of $20.

Hours of Operation: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Saturday and 12:00 p.m. - 6:00 pm Sunday, excluding state holidays. No overnight parking.

Availability: A Lot Full Sign on the exterior of the parking facility will illuminate when at capacity. The deck may close for maintenance or special events as needed.

Clearance: Maximum Height 6'5"

ADA Spaces: Space numbers 84, 86, 87, 97, 99 located on level P-2.

Special Instructions: Visitors must take their ticket with them for re-entry into parking facility. Visiting parkers must use the pedestrian entrance at the corner of 9th and Franklin Streets for re-entry to access their parked vehicles. A scanner will unlock the lobby door for entrance. Use call button on the scanner for assistance or in the event of a lost ticket. Proceed toward elevators to return to the desired deck level.
