Full Time Employee Level Assessment Form

The DGS Office of Parking and Badging is in the process of updating our Capitol Area Complex Agency population information database. In accordance to the DGS Policies and Procedures for the use of Parking Facilities, it is necessary to provide us with the number of agency full time employees (FTE) are assigned to work in a DGS owned and operated building, or a leased building where employees are parking in a DGS-owned parking facility at the seat of government. Please complete the information requested below. Please send the completed form to parkingservices@dgs.virginia.gov no later than Friday, May 15, 2026.
