Tax ID Change Form Request

ALERT: Changes to the Tax ID number associated with an eVA account, other than obvious typographical errors, require the registration of a new account in eVA. The current account in eVA will be discontinued. You must register a new account in eVA using the new Tax ID number. Visit https://eva.virginia.gov/register-now.html to complete the new registration.
