Requirement to post link to eVA public reports on homepages of Departments, Institutions, and Agencies To increase transparency of governmental procurement activities, the Division shall direct all using agencies to conspicuously post on their respective homepages links to the Department of General Services' central electronic procurement system reports, thereby making them accessible to the public.
