The Division employs several special email addresses (i.e., group mailboxes) which are monitored by several DEB staff members. Please use these special mailboxes for the subject matter described below.

Capital Outlay Forms
Primary Capital Outlay (CO) forms are processed within BITS application, however, supporting documents, questions, or requests for support in processing CO forms should be emailed to the "coforms" address.
Building Official Forms
Primary Building Official forms (i.e., Permits and Certificates) are processed within the BITS application, however, supporting documents, questions, or requests for support in processing BO forms should be emailed to the "boforms" address.
Seminars & Certifications
For questions or other information regarding CPSM Seminars, VCCO Seminars, or VCCO Certification, email the "seminars" address.
Project Document Submittals & General Questions
For electronic project data submittals, other than CO and BO form supporting documentation, use the "capout" email address. Send change orders to this address.
General questions may also be emailed to this primary DEB email address. They will be directed to an appropriate DEB staff member to address.
BITS User Forms and Technical Assistance
For BITS system technical issues or for submission of BITS UAR forms and AAC forms, use the "bits" email address.
